Hyperis Field Command ("the App") is operated by Hyperis / OneReq Pro. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Hyperis Field Command offers an optional Face ID sign-in feature so you can access your account without retyping your password.
We do not collect, view, store, or have any access to your face, a photo of your face, or any biometric template. Face ID authentication is performed entirely on your device by Apple's own Face ID / LocalAuthentication system — the App only ever receives a yes/no result from iOS confirming your device was unlocked. No face data of any kind is ever transmitted to us or to any third party, and none is stored anywhere, on your device or on our servers.
What we do store, only if you turn this feature on: your existing app sign-in session, saved in your device's secure Keychain and protected by Face ID so only you can unlock it. Separately, our servers store a one-way cryptographic hash of your device's identifier (not your actual device ID, and never any biometric data), along with your device's name, platform, and enrollment/last-used timestamps — solely so the feature works correctly and so you can review or revoke enrolled devices. This information is never shared with any third party.
You can disable Face ID sign-in at any time from Account settings, which immediately and permanently stops that device from being used to sign in this way. All of this information, including the hashed device identifier, is automatically and permanently deleted if your account is deleted.
Some note fields (leads, job notes, survey notes) offer an optional microphone button that lets you dictate text instead of typing. Audio is only captured while you are actively holding down or have toggled on that microphone control — the App never records audio in the background.
Dictation is performed by your device's built-in speech-recognition system, not by Hyperis Field Command directly. Depending on your device and Android settings, that system may process the audio locally on-device or send it to your device manufacturer's cloud speech-recognition service (e.g. Google) to produce the transcribed text — the App itself only ever receives the resulting text, never the raw audio, and does not store or transmit audio to our own servers.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When your account is deactivated by your employer, data may be retained for up to 12 months for audit purposes before deletion.
Hyperis Field Command accounts are created and managed by your employer (the solar company you work for) — there is no self-registration and, currently, no in-app "delete my account" button. To delete your account and personal data:
Once a deletion request is confirmed, we permanently delete your personal data — name, email, location history, photos, device/biometric enrollment records, and account credentials — except where we are required to retain limited records (e.g. financial/commission records) for legal, tax, or audit purposes, in which case that data is retained only as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose. This is separate from routine deactivation (see "Data Retention" below), which a company admin can do at any time without deleting the underlying data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your employer's account administrator or emailing us at privacy@onereqpro.com.
The App is intended for use by adults (18+) in a professional employment context. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
